I recently tried saw a product I wanted to buy on google shopping from cycleprotectionproducts.com which had a really good price, well as the old internet adage goes, if it's too good to be true it usually is... well it is... I ordered and payed by paypal and then after not hearing from them for a couple of days decided to e-mail them, which in turn, turned into a 100 questions game from them, with stupid questions like why I am e-mailing them in the middle of the night, etc...

I should've read the other reviews first such as:

I recently had my worst online shopping experience so far at ConsumerSecurityProducts.com (a website affiliated with RVProtection.net, CycleWarranty.com, VesselWarranties.com, VesselProtectionProducts.com, CycleProtectionProducts.com). I bought a mini audio recorder that proved to be defective right out of the box. I call the company to ask for an exchange or refund, and the owner/customer service/sales representative fwds me to a provider tel. number (which I subsequently called but was not answered).
The sale agreement on the website clearly indicated that defective products would be refunded or exchanged directly from the office of the company. I didn't want the extra hassle so I call the guy back. He gets pissed off, and starts to yell at me. I file a Paypal claim, and when he receives the notification, he flips and threatens me with frivolous legal action -small claims- unless I cancel my claim. He explicitly said he wanted to do this just to damage my credit score (have all of this in writing).

I will not characterize this company or individual- the conclusions are yours."

They could not give me a straight answer as to when the product would ship so I just opened a dispute with Paypal... remember folks, if it's too good to be true, it usually is, order from large, reputable places.
